Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Counseling Psychology degrees from Northeastern State University. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Complicated Grief Treatment (CGT). Sarah has extensive experience with bereavement and is devoted to helping grievers reconcile loss and redefine their lives. She also assists clients with life losses such as estranged relationships from loved ones, managing chronic illness, coping with difficult personality types, and any other life event that can be identified as a loss. With a particular emphasis on providing telehealth services, Sarah takes a collaborative approach in working with her clients; meeting them where they are. She views her role in the therapeutic relationship as that of a non-judgmental companion walking alongside clients as they discover their inner strength and passion. Sarah considers it a privilege to witness the process of change and improvement in another’s life.
