Deborah Gesin
I want everyone to have a chance to live a joyful life!
We all need a respectful, listening ear from time to time as we deal with the challenges that life brings to each of us. Whether you need help managing a tough situation, support dealing with a serious crisis, or would just like to figure out how to more successfully achieve your goals and dreams, I'd like to offer my assistance. I have over 40 years experience in the field of counseling, and I am one of those fortunate individuals who loves what they do. It's very rewarding to see people I work with live a more fulfilling, happier life.
I also believe therapy is more than just the client talking. My philosophy is therapy should include building a greater awareness and understanding of yourself, combined with practical strategies for meaningful change. I use a combination of various modalities of therapeutic interventions including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused, Psychoeducation, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy.
I have had a wide range of experiences and education throughout my career. I completed my undergraduate work at Northeastern Oklahoma State University and my graduate work at both Northeastern and Oklahoma State University. I also completed the coursework in the psychometry program and have experience working extensively with individuals with ADHD.
I have additional trainings and/or certifications in the following areas: Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP), Prepare & Enrich, (a premarital and marriage enrichment program), Gottman Marriage Therapy, Parenting Naturally, Practical Parenting, Nurturing parent, and Parent Child Interactive Therapy( PCIT), Mediation, Domestic Violence Mediation, Brain Injury, Adoptions-Home Study and Family assessment, Anger Management, and Helping Women Recover.
I also worked for over twenty years for the Oklahoma State Department of Health in the field of Epidemiology, specifically within the HIV/AIDS Program and have extensive experience in the LGBTQ community.
I have had experience working with many populations and individuals from ages 2 to 82. I enjoy working with families, couples, and individuals who need support and guidance to live their best life.
When not working, I am an avid reader, curious traveler, and ardent Country Western music fan!

Originally from Oklahoma, Timothy was raised by parents from rural farms in the upper Midwest. His professional journey has taken him from Oklahoma and Arkansas to Pennsylvania and even London, England. Along the way, he has cultivated friendships spanning the United States, Europe, Australia, and Africa.
Timothy's early years were marked by health challenges that limited his participation in sports and outdoor activities, fostering a deep love for learning and a strong sense of empathy for those who feel overlooked or different. One of the most important values come from cherished family friends who taught him the importance of embracing everyone's unique journey.
Professionally, Timothy has served in diverse roles at non-profits, community mental health agencies, and hospitals. Along his way he has been a bank teller, a travel agent, a teacher, and a computer repair specialist.

Chris Condrin
Chris takes a more proactive approach to mental health, believing that if we practice consistently, and not just when we are struggling, we can experience greater well-being. It is with consistent action over time that we can begin to face our challenges and learn to cope with them. In turn, we live a more fulfilling life.
Chris loves mindfulness as an emotional management tool, Cognitive Based Therapy to improve resilience and self-esteem, and also likes Internal Family Systems and EMDR. Talk therapy is his primary intervention as expressing one’s self is essential to opening doors to healing and moving forward from the past and the here and now. I love the Gottman Method when working with couples as it is an evidence based strategy to improve and maintain a healthy union between partners.
Chris works with adults of all ages, and couples. Together, building emotional intelligence, resilience, and acceptance. You will learn about life balance, healthy relationships, mindfulness, and strategies to manage whatever you may be facing such as anxiety, resentment, feelings of not being good enough, people pleasing, increasing self-esteem, and other challenges in your journey.
I seek to establish a very relaxed environment when working with clients. I am very laid back and that definitely comes across in my communication style. I believe that when we take ourselves so seriously all the time, we create an immense amount of pressure in our lives. Yes, we want to do well in what we do, though in our personal lives, there is a balance, and I can help you find your balance.
When we base our goals on our values, and work towards them one step at a time, we will experience greater well-being in the process. Consistent action over time is the way to get the results you seek. Following a one step at a time philosophy, we can gain self-confidence, build resilience, and increase learning by practicing the tools and skills needed to get to where we want to be.
In our first session, as we get to know each other, we will discuss your desire to seek counseling, establish your goals, and talk about your strengths and ways we can utilize those on your journey.
Having worked in several different industries in my life, I have always had a counseling type role in whatever it was I did. I love this role, and so with that experience, I chose to become a therapist because I love working with people and helping them to better their lives in the ways that are important to them.

Leanne has a passion to use and introduce interventions including but not limited to art, play, music, dance and movement, breath work, and spiritual mindfulness that evidence based research has proven creates overall wellness and balance neurologically and physically.
Leanne is enthusiastic and happy to serve clients and families from age 6 to end of life with the mental health care they are seeking and deserve.
Shiloh and Simon
Exotic animals deserve to stay exotic in their natural environment. I think we can all agree on that. However, sometimes due to various reasons (some ethical, some not), they become captive born and raised and within that fact, would not then survive in their natural environment. In these cases, their continued captive fate is decided and all we can do is give them the best lifestyle they deserve. These babies weren’t given all they deserve previously but we know the past heals and the future is bright. What better place to live out that purpose than within a healing and teaching environment?!?
Enduring Hope sought a grant proposal and as an added detail, has been approved by the USDA for a class C license. What does this mean for you? You can get some sloth encounters with these sweet babies!
We went through training in sloth care and each of our staff who engage with the sloths have gone through the needed training/education to ensure the comfort and safety of our sloths within their environment, as well as the comfort and safety of the visitors. Remember, sloths don’t really live in our world, they allow and tolerate us to join theirs! And what an honor that is.
Meet baby Simon and his mom Shiloh. They will be helping us teach body regulation, central nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, mindfulness, self control and stress management.
The babies are not available to be viewed until our license is official which should be soon! Stay tuned for more info on that.
In the meantime, follow Shiloh and Simon on Facebook, instagram and TikTok for pictures and videos.
